Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the UnifySocial platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Unify Social S.R.L. (registered in Romania, Blvd Dimitrie Pompeiu 5D, Bucharest, Sector 2). We may modify these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

Our Services

UnifySocial provides an AI-powered influencer marketing platform that connects brands ("Brand Users") with social media creators ("Creator Users") for the purpose of creating and distributing sponsored content. Our services include:

Creator discovery and AI-powered matching
Campaign management and content approval workflows
Performance analytics and reporting
Payment processing for creator compensation
Virtual bootcamp and creator relationship management

Accounts

To access our platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Creator accounts additionally require that you have at least 500 genuine followers on at least one supported social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube).

Brand Obligations

As a Brand User, you agree to:

Provide accurate campaign briefs and creative guidelines
Review and approve or reject content within the agreed timeframe (typically 5 business days)
Comply with all applicable advertising standards, disclosure requirements, and platform policies
Not require creators to make false or misleading claims about your products or services
Respect intellectual property rights in all campaign materials
Pay campaign fees and creator compensation on time per the agreed schedule

Creator Obligations

As a Creator User, you agree to:

Maintain genuine, authentic followers and engagement (no purchased followers, fake engagement)
Create and submit original content that complies with campaign briefs
Clearly disclose sponsored content using appropriate hashtags (#ad, #sponsored) as required by law
Post approved content within the specified timeframe
Provide accurate performance data after campaign completion
Not share confidential campaign information before the agreed publication date

Payments

Brand fees: Brands are charged a platform fee as agreed in the applicable service agreement. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Creator payments: Creators receive payment for completed campaigns on the 15th of the month following campaign completion. Payment is made directly to the creator's Revolut account or bank account as registered in the platform. Minimum payout threshold may apply.

Disputes: Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of the payment date. UnifySocial acts as an intermediary and is not liable for payment disputes arising from brand insolvency or breach.

Content & Intellectual Property

Creator content: Creators retain ownership of content they create. By uploading content to our platform, you grant UnifySocial a limited license to display and transmit that content for platform operation purposes. The brand license to use content is governed by the individual campaign agreement.

Brand materials: Brands retain ownership of all brand assets, guidelines, and materials provided to creators. Creators may use brand materials only for the purposes of the specific campaign.

UnifySocial IP: The platform, its design, algorithms, and technology are the exclusive property of Unify Social S.R.L. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our services.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation of any kind
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to circumvent the platform to directly transact with matched parties without paying applicable fees
Interfere with the platform's security features or attempt unauthorized access
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
Manipulate engagement metrics or artificially inflate performance data

Termination

Either party may terminate their account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though provisions regarding intellectual property, payments, and liability survive termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnifySocial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from campaigns will meet specific performance targets.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
